PornBurger is a strictly health-unconscious cookbook that has been created by Washington DC chef and food stylist Matthew Ramsey – a craftsmen of delicious excess. Why we vibin’: Before you balk at the name, you should know that this cookbook is G-rated – that is unless you get hot under the collar for stacks of meat patties, soft buns and salacious sides. To date the season has boasted celebrity cameos from the likes of Whoopi Goldberg, Alan Alda, Blake Griffin and Hilary Clinton. The duo is currently mid-way through their third season, which is shaping up to be the best yet. The cake is made using a combination of mineral water, agar and gelatines, which are largely flavourless so the cake is served with toppings such as soybean powder and brown sugar syrup. This dessert looks exactly like a raindrop has fallen from the sky and landed delicately on your plate, maintaining its shape but still boasting a close consistency with water.
